I have recieved an update from Tara Alverson, the American artist who wrote the Pagpipinta sa Pulo newsletters. If you remember, she spent most of 2008 in the Philippines, helping International Care Ministries with their Feeding, Medical, Precious Women’s, and Children’s Outreach Programs.
